Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Augustin Création! Your order will be shipped quickly and efficiently. Below you will find a detailed shipping policy.

Order Processing Times: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-6 business days after receipt of payment. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

Delivery times displayed on the product page are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they may be affected by factors beyond our control.

Shipping costs are fixed and will be clearly stated during checkout before order confirmation.

Customers outside the European Union are responsible for all customs fees, taxes and import duties that may be applicable. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will have access to the order tracking page and you can also sign up for tracking notifications to receive updates on the progress of the shipment by entering your email address.

Non-delivery policy: If your package is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete address, refusal to receive, or if you do not collect your package from the carrier, the package will be returned to the return address. You will then be asked for an updated address and additional reshipping fees will apply to resend the order to you.

Damage or loss during shipping: Products are carefully packed to minimize the risk of damage during shipping. However, if an item is damaged, please contact us no later than 7 days after the delivery date with photos as proof to investigate your claim.
If your package is lost by the carrier during shipping, the claim must be made within 15 days after the expected delivery date. In this case, you will be asked to confirm that your delivery address is correct and we will verify that you have contacted the carrier to try to locate your lost order. After these checks, we will ship you a new order at our expense.
